Waitlist privacy notice

When you join the waitlist, the site collects your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred bedroom count and optional floorplan preference. This information is stored for Skyview at Aria to manage interest in the community and provide community and leasing updates.

Submitting the form does not create a rental application or reserve a home. The site records your consent and submission time. Temporary hashed network identifiers help prevent abuse of the form.

Agreeing to updates covers email. Calls and texts to a phone number are a separate, optional choice you can make on the waitlist form, and are never required to join the waitlist or to rent a home. If you opt in, message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP at any time to stop messages.

Your information is used only to manage interest in this community. It is not sold, and it is not shared for anyone else’s advertising. It is kept while the waitlist is active and removed on request. You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or removal at any time using the contact below.

The neighborhood map loads map data and fonts from OpenFreeMap, and one photograph loads from Unsplash. These requests share network information, such as your IP address, with those providers. Directions links open Google Maps. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. External links are subject to those sites’ own privacy practices.
